About Us

 Quality Builders, Inc. has been in business for more than twenty-seven years and is engaged in both commercial and residential construction, maintenance and repair projects of all types and sizes.  We also provide consultation services and specialize in  construction management and value engineering projects to maximize our client’s investments. 

Its president and founder, Mark D. Smith, has a BS degree in Civil Engineering  from Northeastern University and is an unrestricted Massachusetts Licensed Construction  Supervisor, Hoisting Engineer, and was an EPA Certified Lead Renovator. His career  spans 40+ years of construction industry experience in various capacities as a tradesman,  construction superintendent, project manager, engineer, developer and owner.  Project  experience includes design and construction of; office buildings, R&D facilities,  warehouse, storage, manufacturing, and processing facilities, bakeries, restaurants, hotels,  motels, auto dealerships, shopping centers, condominiums, houses, and additions  resulting in over 30 million dollars in construction work. 

Quality Builders, Inc. is a fully insured, registered Massachusetts Home  Improvement Contractor.  We provide construction and consultation services focusing on  all phases of residential and light commercial construction for new and existing work,  including renovations, rebuilding and repair work.  Depending on project size and the  needs of our clients we perform the majority of our work with our own personnel. This  allows us to achieve consistent quality and complete our projects on time.  All of our  subcontracted trades are experienced and insured professionals.  All projects are  personally directed and supervised by Mark Smith.
